there was feroz i guess, very good person, all the staff was very good, just you need to add English's as your standard option or ableist someone should be there to understand and speak normal English's, not some strange English's

Our room was upgraded to a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room at the same booking price. Friendly staff, the hotel was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was great.
